Founders & directors
David Barshevski
Co-Founder & Director
David Barshevski is an energy infrastructure and data-centre specialist with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex utility-scale renewable energy, battery storage, grid connection and mission-critical power projects across Australia.
His expertise spans the complete project lifecycle, from feasibility, electrical design and grid-connection strategy through to commissioning, operations and optimisation.
David has led the development and grid integration of more than 25 renewable energy projects, representing over 1.2 GW of wind and solar generation and 350 MWh of battery energy storage.
At MATRIX, David combines renewable generation, flexible loads and resilient electrical infrastructure to deliver sustainable, grid-connected digital infrastructure.

Sagi Simchon
Co-Founder & Director
Sagi Simchon is an entrepreneur and CEO with three decades of experience leading complex projects and global logistics operations.
He has founded and scaled multiple ventures across supply chain, logistics and emerging technology, and more recently renewable energy and clean energy infrastructure.
His leadership background includes Managing Director roles at ADSone and iCumulus Global Express, together with industry work supporting NORA's supply-chain and logistics chapter.
As Co-Founder of MATRIX, Sagi brings commercial judgement, operational discipline and a strong partner network to advance renewable energy and data-centre infrastructure opportunities.
